Hi guys and gals, I hope everyone is doing well. Things are great here. I've had some nagging injuries and they're finally starting to go away. Finally!!! Check out the new YouTube clip showing my visit to Dr. Martin Skopp, whose skills and knowledge are really helping my injuries. You all need someone like this in your corner. Training is going pretty well. I've been "cruising" for a while now to let everything heal up and I can't wait to start blasting soon. I'm lighter (bodyweight) than I've been in a long time and although it's nice not to feel tired, out of breath, and hot all the time, I miss being bigger. On a personal note, some of you may (or may not) know that I'm kinda a "self-improvement" junkie. I hardly ever listen to music when driving (I listen to business, real estate, etc. CDs), and I rarely watch TV (waste of time and I could be doing something productive). Anyway - there's a great book that I recently read that I strongly recommend. It's called "Failing Forward" by John C. Maxell. Check it out.
